Wim Hof Method Group Training

Service Description

After our initial consultation, you will know if this group training is right for you. The 3 hour session will be either in person or online depending on the group preferences. $60 will cover up to 5 participants. IF there are more than 5, there will be a $20 charge per additional participant. It will include all the necessary information to ensure that anyone who tests out the Wim Hof Method does so safely and effectively. It is not safe to do the Wim Hof method without researching safety precautions yourself, or having some basic training. I have seen some incredible results with the Wim Hof Method and I love sharing it with my friends and those who are interested. These group classes are always a ton of fun! If we hold an in-person group meeting then there will likely be a group river/forest walk before the Wim Hof Method training. After the walk, the class will be held at my house, where there will be tea. I will send you the address.
